• We currently do not deliver to Norway or certain islands. If you’ve already placed an order, we will contact you directly to cancel and fully refund it.

• Please provide the recipient's full name and ensure that the name is visible on the doorbell and mailbox. If access control is required or the package should be handed over to someone else, please specify this in the comment box during checkout.

• We cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Shipping durations vary by country and courier speed and may be affected by unforeseeable events. The delivery time provided is an estimate based on past data.

• Packages may be sent to courier collection points. If this is the case, please provide the exact address of the pickup location as listed on the official website of the relevant courier.

• Orders are delivered on business days in each respective region. Couriers do not operate on national holidays or weekends.

• Order processing takes 1–2 business days. During peak times, an additional business day may be required.

• Out-of-stock items may delay shipment.

• Fragile items are carefully packed using foam or boxes. To ensure safety, we recommend limiting fragile goods to 6 bottles per order.

We are not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or returns due to the following reasons:

• a. The customer provides an incomplete or incorrect shipping address and fails to contact customer service in time.

• b. The package is not received in person or not picked up in time.

• c. Uncontrollable factors such as natural disasters, traffic restrictions, courier strikes, etc.
