Payment Methods
Our online shop currently supports a variety of payment methods to meet different customer needs. After placing an order, you can choose your preferred payment method.
Supported payment options:
Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard/iDEAL), Bank Transfer, Sofort Banking, PayPal, WeChat Pay, Alipay.

1. How to change your payment method
You can contact our customer service to cancel your unpaid order. Then, place a new order and select a different payment method.
2. Payment failed & cart is emptied

First, try placing the order again on a PC, or switch browsers, refresh the page, and clear the cache.

If the issue persists, contact customer service and provide your registered email address and a screenshot of the error page, so we can report the problem to our technical team and assist you accordingly.
3. Issue with payment amount

If a currency conversion is involved, the amount will be calculated based on the real-time exchange rate on the day of payment.

If you didn’t get free shipping, please check the actual product amount. If it’s below the free shipping threshold, shipping fees will apply. See screenshot for details.

For other payment-related issues, please contact customer service with your order number (if placed) or your registered email address and shipping address, and we’ll assist you further.
4. Payment completed, but no order was created

Please send your payment proof and registered email address to our WeChat customer service (WeChat ID: djyservice). We will forward the info to our finance team for verification.
5. Paid twice, but only one order was created

Send both payment proofs and your order number or registered email address to our customer service. Once verified, we will refund one of the payments to your original payment account.
