Earning and Using Points

a. Ways to Earn Points

Invite Friends
If a user invites a friend to register and the friend enters the invitation code during sign-up, the inviter will receive 500 points after successful registration.

Daily Login
Users receive 10 points on the first login, and 5 points daily thereafter.
(Location: Personal Center > Daily Login)

Product Reviews
Submitting a review for a purchased product grants 10 points.
(Location: Personal Center > Product Reviews)

Reviews must contain at least 10 characters and reflect a genuine opinion.
Incomprehensible, copied, or rule-violating comments will not be displayed, and points will be deducted.
Points will also be deducted when a coupon or discount obtained via points is used.

Community Posts
Each post in the Dajiangyou Community earns 10 points, with a maximum of 3 rewardable posts per day.

Order-Based Points (from January 20, 2023)
Once an order is marked as "shipped", users earn 1 point for every 1 Euro spent (only whole numbers are counted; decimals are ignored).

Points are granted upon shipment.
If a refund is issued, points will be deducted accordingly (rounded down, no negative balance).
Special products and shipping costs are excluded from point calculations.

Daily Limit
Points earned from login, reviews, and community posts are limited to 100 points per day.

b. Using Points

Points Shop
Go to Personal Center > My Points > Points Shop to redeem exclusive items, coupons, and other products.

Points Shop Rules:

Each item can be redeemed only once per account.
Coupons from the points shop are stackable and can be used with other promotions.
Redeemed coupons cannot be canceled, are valid for 1 month, and cannot be extended.
In case of quality issues or unavailability, a replacement coupon or point refund may be provided.

Points as Discount (Only on Member Days or Special Promotions)

At checkout, 100 points = €1 discount.
This discount can be combined with coupons and discounted products.
Up to 10% of the order value (max €10) can be deducted using points.

The amount is rounded to the nearest full €1 (100-point) step.
For example, if your order is €39.91, you can use up to 300 points for a €3 discount.
For partial refunds, used points are not refunded.
For full cancellations, all used points will be returned.
Special products and shipping costs cannot be paid with points.

Point Validity

All earned points are valid for the current calendar year and will be deleted on March 31 of the following year.

Users will be notified by email at the end of the year and before the deletion date.

Rule Violations & Penalties

Violating the points system or abusing it (e.g., manipulation, fraud, exploiting system bugs) may result in point removal or deactivation.

Sanctions:

1st offense: Points deduction + in-system warning message.
After 3 warnings: Points system suspended for 7 days.
Repeated offenses after reinstatement: Suspension for 30 days.
Severe violations: Points may be reset to 0 or the system permanently disabled.

Dajiangyou reserves the final right of interpretation and decision over the points program.
